The Disbudding Machine HECO-COMBI-6 by Zetaecotech is an automatic combined nursery equipment for the rootstock cleaning and preparation before the cutting/cutting-into-equal-pieces phase.
In one step, at the same time, the machine accurately cuts the secondary shoots and abrades the buds through a system of 4 groups of rotating abrasive blades. This nursery machine can be used as a 2 in 1 equipment: you can either “clean” the material from scratch (both the buds and the lateral shoots, "femminelle") or just do the disbudding, in case of previously cleaned rootstocks.
Moreover, it has a final calibre control system with a thin waste cutting device.
The SMART version has an outgoing transport system for the conveyance and discharge of the processed rootstock, which can be controlled directly from the machine through its Programmable Logic Controller.
The SMART version includes a number of new features related to data control, management and interconnection with the corporate computer systems (the latter are borne by the end user), as well as a Remote Assistance and Control System.
Thanks to the materials and technologies used and to the low energy consumption, the Zetaecotech Disbudding Machine is robust, reliable and requires low maintenance.
