HECO-COUNTER_V3-V4

The Sorting is the working process during which, after the "digging out" of the Barbatelle or grafted vines, the following phases take place: quality control, trimming of the exceeding shoots, roots cutting, final waxing, strapping and storaging.
Nowadays, many of these activities are still handled manually, especially with regards to the phases of counting and forming bundles, in which repetitiveness is often the main cause of mistakes.

The Counting Device HECO-COUNTER by Zetaecotech eliminates these errors thanks to a technologically advanced counting and memorising system that activates an electro-mechanical lock when the set value is reached (e.g.: 25 rooted vines per bundle), therefore allowing a correct bundles creation.

In version HECO-COUNTER-V3 the collected data are managed manually and are viewed and stored locally on the operating display. This equipment allows to memorize the partial counting of grafted vines per bundle, the total per variety and the daily total.

In version HECO-COUNTER-V4 the counting data, aside from being managed locally on the operating display, can also be connected though an ethernet connection to a central management and control PLC Unit that, thanks to our supervision software allows to automatically handle a whole sorting line, constituted for example by a minimum of 8 up to 250 counting units. Furthermore, our software not only allows the centralized reading of all the data on a PC, but also many advanced control features of the lines, such as the automatic and simultaneous locking of some or all of the of the connected units, the management of the variety change and much more.
The data collected by the software can be processed, exported, printed and sent directly to the customer management software.

The Sorting Line can be completed by the mobile Cutting/Counting desk HECO-BANCO, that allows a better ergonomics of the working station.
